You agree that by accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
User Registration
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Products
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colour, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Payments
Payment for Products ordered through our Site can be made by Paypal.
Delivery Terms
The delivery terms clause of the eCommerce Terms and Conditions is also often referred to as the “Shipping Policy” and includes the basic shipping/delivery policy for our online store. A delivery charge of S$40 will be charged per trip. If the product cannot fit into a lift, a further $5 to $10 is applied per floor to carry up. Self-collection is available at the Country Haven retail shop during operating hours. Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Please call shop for further information. We shall make every effort to fulfil orders placed by customers through our online store. Country Haven shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfil an order for whatever reason, or if Country Haven is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable.
Cancellations and Refunds
All our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer a refund on your purchases. Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. Do understand that production will start immediately after we have received the payment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 full working days notice in advance of the original delivery date.
Warranty
All our products are backed by a 60 days warranty period. It covers structural and framework. It does not cover natural cupping, drying or warping of wood.
