  • WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

    • Our charges are $40 per trip. If the product cannot fit into a lift, a further $5 to $10 is applied per floor to carry up.

  • WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY LIKE?

    • All our products are backed by a 60day warranty period. It covers structural and framework. It does not cover natural cupping, drying or warping of wood.
  • WHY ARE THE FURNITURE LEGS NOT LEVEL AND THE FURNITURE IS ROCKING?

    • There is a tolerance of 1 to 2 mm. floor is either not level or the wood has dried a little, causing the mainframe to warp upwards or downwards raising the leg a little. The joints are solid strong and will not let the legs level off. We will provide a wood shim to place under the ‘shorter’ leg. Do not glue the shim as when you shift the furniture to another position, it may ‘rock’ again.
  • ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE

    • Not all our products are featured on the website. We are always having new models or improvising our product line. Please visit our store to view the full range and experience the difference in quality.

  • IS CUSTOM MAKE AVAILABLE?

    • Yes, you may bring a picture or sketch of a design or dimension of your choice, we can discuss the fabrication at our store. As we design our products to last, we only use traditional joinery and no metal brackets, temporary fasteners or fixtures will be used. Hence, not all obligations can be met.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CUSTOM MAKE?

    • From time of confirmation, it takes about 2 months to deliver.

  • WHAT IS THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF CANCELLATION?

    • Once order is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed as the system will process the order immediately. However, we allow for exchange of items equal or higher in value. We seek your understanding in this matter.

  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

    • Our team will contact you to arrange your preferable delivery date (Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days depending on availability of stock)

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK

    • You can pre-order the items by calling us or drop us a message via Whatsapp. (Normally within 2 to 6 weeks.)

  • DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOWROOM TO VIEW?

    • Yes, you may visit us at 452 Upper Bukit Timah Road (The Railmall) Singapore 678206. We have a range of variety and designs. You can examine the quality for assurance before you place order.
